New to Integrity?
A mistake is not your identity.
It's one moment.
One decision.
One chapter.
You can't change what
happened But you can
change what happens next.
Choose calm over chaos.
Choose action over avoidance.
Choose growth over guilt.
Because sometimes the worst decisions of your life become
the moment you make
the best one.
Choose hope.
Choose courage.
Choose change.

ABOUT

Most people who first come to Integrity are not looking for therapy.
They are looking for answers.
Many are facing DUI's, navigating the court system, or simply trying to understand what happens next. They arrive feeling overwhelmed, embarrassed, frustrated, or disconnected from the life they thought they were living. I understand that world well.
My career began more than 30 years ago as a probation officer with the Denver County Probation Department. That experience shaped the way I approach people and the work we do at Integrity today: with honesty, accountability, compassion, and respect. I later earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver and founded what would become Integrity Health and Wellness.
Today, we provide DUI education, court-ordered treatment, counseling, and support for people working to rebuild stability and move forward with greater clarity in their lives.
My philosophy is simple:
Choose Integrity.
Not perfection.
Not shame.
Not pretending.
My approach is direct, compassionate, and grounded in real life. I believe people are capable of meaningful change when they begin to better understand their patterns and stop defining themselves by their worst moment and reconnecting with their best.
